Moda Papadum is carefully crafted with the finest ingredients and are crispy, plain Papadum used in Indian celebrations and originates from ritualistic history. In the majority of celebrations and rituals in India, people serve Papadum. Our papadums are high in quality and made carefully in Madras, now known as Chennai and the surrounding areas. It is selectively made in the dry and warm regions. When cooked, Papadums expand and are long-lasting to keep stored. It mainly depends on the weather and the mature ingredients we use. The papadum dough is made with lentils, rice flour, salt, and vegetable oil.
